For some others, it is important to know that the jobs they are allowed to do back in their home depend on their caste level (example coconut picking/collecting). Somehow that explains why some brought so much of complexity/anger with themselves from their home country.

And qcom recruited these people to slave out and make hefty money for qcom executives.....who is responsible for these bad hires?
