If the savings target is 300 Million, and if 25K people are left employed - let's do the math: 300,000,000/25,000=12,000 - so, on average our loss (bonus/RSU) would be around 12K per employee (I'd take that)

That does not seem right... The savings should majorly come out of the salaries for laid people. It will definitely affect RSUs, etc, but it should not be that much.
Most of the RSUs are given to US employees and not everyone gets RSUs. In my view, we will probably see a major hit in the issued RSUs (may be half)
