Beware of corporate double speak such as right sizing and jobs and people fit for purpose. You know you have to keep a straight face during the town halls and watch each sub manager repeat corporate speak without embarrassment.

Nope...just high level overview. Nothing detailed in terms of people's specific positions until early august
In the two previous ROM's this meeting was to give the general picture and that org charts will come out later. Put your boots on because it will get deep. How they have worked diligently to match skills and positions. How management worked over time to make sure Chevron is going to get better after this ROM. Blah blah blah.
