Mine said that it doesn't really matter. The ones Project Alpha doesn't take will be placed in knew positions and will be given 2 across the board because they will be "new to position"

During PMP, my boss told me I need to think about how to make senior management know my contributions to the team. I felt a little surprised? should not be his work to highlight his people's contribution before his boss? Anyway, everything seems operating in a black box....

how do you guys think why he said that?

Typical pmp for me. Waste of time as usual in my group. They could have saved 25% of middle management's time by waiting a month.
