Really, what happened to this once great company. It seems the more the power shift happened the goal is straight numbers. So long to the once great company that took good care of their employees to a place where even the old timers who have dedicated their careers to the Jacobs family and company only to worry every day if your next. Work environment is almost hostile. Been with the company over 25 years and I worry every day, who would have guessed.
What talent?
