I already start doing it for some time,no free overtime...I think we all need to think professionally and do not let company exploit us.Lot of long hours working is actually due to inefficiency of management and the time spent on things which does not really matter and just a pluff. They try to lure us with rsu/bonuses but if you really think energy we spent for this carrot is way less then legal minimum wage...we need to stop being a pussy succumb to this management by fear ( Even H1's should not do it because its illusionary to think they will loose job if they don't accept slavery ) .Middle management in this company became too much of burden They are bunch of one time great engineers turned in to poor managers and just hanging in here living retired life ( and probably never thought that things will change this quickly)..they became fat and no longer motivated in the growth of this company, they themselves mostly pushing emails creating unnecessary pluff work to justify their relevance.I hope this restructuring will make company move back towards engineering again...till that time sorry as per contract I only have 8 hr to give and its company's job to extract value out of me...work by rule, Why not?

SItes that will mainly be affected are San Diego, San Jose, Raleigh, China and UK. The most will obviously be from SD. The severance packages are exactly like last time i.e. 2 months transition period and 2 weeks pay for every year of service. Good Luck.
