What level did you get hired? Is staff eng at QCOM == staff eng. At Google? Or one level below? Congrats!

Congratulations!!!..Good Luck buddy,Most of us also in process of getting out of this rathole spending time doing dumb things....f*** SD&QCOM!,I will be moving to new gig near Orange county mid sept( plan to use qcom sick days and go slow and get some rest before new gig)...things are not bad at all outside SD-:),
It is normal not huge. Got 208K per annum. Relocation package is too good.
