They're waiting because they don't known what the F they're doi g or who they're going to dump yet. They knew that had to appease Jana in the earnings announcement and bought a little time by throwing out a reduction number of 15%. Now they have to figure out who the 15% will be. Please don't assume that there's any organization this process that will impact thousands of households. They'll only be focused on where they can cut a dollar to appease Jana and the other major institutional share holders. That, and self-preservation of course.
