The mismanagement of QC is a reflection of how the current administration handles every task they take on. Under O's leadership, the administration racks-up one miss-step after the other (do some research please). One reason the H-1B visas guest worker program was put in-place was to dilute the salary base. QC had some hand in this with Erwin and his wife supporting the Obama policies even entertaining O and his wife at their La Jolla home, organizing expensive fund raisers for his second term. The administration pushed this ill-conceived program and QC picked it up and ran with it. Enjoy the fruits!
The trade deal throws the little guy under the bus, anyone who says otherwise is just stupid, but it's not just Obama to blame, no matter how crappy a leader he is, it's everyone in DC, they stopped working for the American people decades ago.

The trade deal is actually to protect further decline in chip making industries.
