Why did it take so long just to announce that "15% cuts in mid september"?
They could have announced that much earlier, maybe as soon as it got leaked.
The long delay has caused much stress and demotivation not to mention loss of productivity.

it is for all the plolitics to start now...... the consultants are handling the layoffs this time....but much hated middle management has two months to play politics and engage in massive intrigue to save themselves and their friends from the chopping block...... upcoming review will be the most ruthless and politically motivated.....
