That is not the qcomm way.
The RSUs are absolute sh** anyways. Better to leave early and have a higher chance of securing your next gig before the holidays.

Layoff notices mid September. 2 month transition. So might end up not on payroll immediately prior to vesting.
Would they do that?
Plan documents say you lose them if a result of the layoff.
Logic (and hope) says that if you're on payroll on 20 November, you get them.
