Never seen so many Indians in a company till I came to baker Hughes. It's actually pretty scary. This the future of American jobs. Ross Perot was right. This is that giant sucking sound of jobs going to less skilled less paid workers. First it was over seas then they came here and now it's here. This is nothing to do with race as it's more to do with international economic models creating a rigged game where the American worker gets run out house and home by two major factors, inflation and immigration. It's not my fault that 10 dollars today is worth what 1 dollar was 15 years ago. None the less I need that money to pay my mortgage and send my kid to school. Colleges charge over 100% more nowadays then when I was a whippersnapper. I have no control over that. Then our government brings in these out of country workers that undercut my bottom line. This is all George bush free trade agreement stuff designed to deindustrialise our economy. Not to mention these companies get tax breaks for doing this practice. In my opinion for every 10 jobs your outsource you should be penalized. That's just goddamn unamerican and baker Hughes has certainly enjoyed their share of outsourcing. Down with the ship I say. Certainly sick original post...however also agree with comments regarding our Indian colleagues. Indians will stab you in the back, lie and cheat at 1st opportunity. Constantly claim major credit for small bit parts in any projects. Once they get in the US on the back of BHI they never go home to India when contract is over. Indians do not mix well with other nationalities. Poor work ethic, poor time keeping and 1st to disappear when the hard work starts. Indians in BHI are worthless leeches.
