You guys have crapped all over the reputation of Irwin and Qualcomm.
It's understandable that there are layoffs, because Qualcomm over-hired.
But to allow a 2% shareholder to take over and stack the board...inexcusable and shows your lack of character.
It is blatantly obvious the senior management and JANA have a 12 to 18 month horizon and will pump and dump this once great company.
How can you expect any employees to give a s*** when its obvious you don't.
Irwin will always be my hero....but honestly you guys have no ethics, no balls...go count your money
