I used to work hard the first years, then going through this fuQing process, and the 15% promo pool, I just lost interest and now I don't give a fuQ. And as I said, change the fuQing engineering scale: it is too shallow.It feels like a sardine can!

QC is a sardine can. What do expect when they hire thousands of people to do jobs that could be done by around half. The well intentioned review system has given way to managers to grant favors and get rid of people they don’t like. Employees abused it by colluding in peer reviews. Now the ultimate reward is your severance package.
