Come on Anonymous124118, are you serious? Laying off CEs will impact customers? There are a bunch of developers with nothing to do. Just shift their time and effort to support customers and that is always customers ask for.

From whatever I have heard from upper management, CE will not be as impacted as other departments like MPSS and APSS. As SM said in the call, they don't want to disturb upcoming customer launches and hurt revenue further. If CE is impacted, the customers supported by CE will be impacted which is one of the last things that upper management wants to do at this stage.
