Why it's necessary to have so many managers and directors within the customer engineering team? What do they really do? Nothing just collect the information from actors. So, there will be some sacrifices for these next two reviews.

Why do we need many CE directors in TWN? The one CE director was very happy that the major customers didn't choose Q connectivity silicon in premier model. He always thought It's not his responsibility to win the project back. But cut off many staffing last quarter. Yes, I agree that. I heard same that one CE head in Taiwan love this style to let's his supervisors have funny and joyful night activities when they visit Taiwan. What does funny mean? It means with spicy, sexy female, wine...;actually I like these kind of activities as well! But I am not colleague of my Q friends!
With correct way of right-sizing, those redundant CE directors shall to be let go first .
