salary caps were given to mid level management last week in auto collections ----------- from collectors to team leads to supervisors ------ if you are one of the many who have been told 'sorry no raise this year, you are capped out" ------ be prepared to be targeted for a lay off or chase finding a reason to fire you or making it so unbearable you quit --------- the cap for a top collector around mid 30s -------- but of course chase won't tell anyone what the cap for their salary range is --------
