Here is what other people have received for a layoff package just a few months ago.
60 days to find a new position within QC. (avoiding layoff if your successful)
2 weeks of pay plus 2 weeks pay for every year of service.
$600 toward Cobra medical
This was in one of the corporate divisions. I heard other divisions did their own package.
I know a person who resigned a few years ago and he got 8 weeks pay plus 1 1/2 weeks pay for every year of service. plus $1800 for cobra.
It still averaged out to about 2 weeks per year of service.
I know a Director there whom I trust very much. He said he has not been given any details about the layoff yet.
