Prayers to all the employees and their families at the Willis plant. We were notified today at 2:pm today that the plant will be closed by February 2016..this will effect over 200 employees...office employees...plant employees. Some employees have already received their severance letters...this should start cycling within the next 2 weeks..

Just like the bit plant in Conroe. They came in like gang busters, started changing things right away and ruined an extremely successful company. It is a miracle we are still operating at all.
It was only a matter of time...once the new management came in it's like they were sent to put the nails in the coffin.
