They are not going to cut the entire QCES organization, too valuable.

There is no need of QCES if QCT is reducing the work force also there are plans to outsource all work done by QCES.

This division has lots of managers (like the rest of Q); I'm wondering what is going to happen to them? Also there is rumor, QCES is going to be merged into QCT? Any insight?
