Qualcomm employees publishing their sentiments around H1Bs is a good thing. It's better to know how the majority of people in QCOM feels towards one another instead of living in a naive world of ... I made it! I conquered the American dream. I am welcomed. The company/city appreciates me! Foreigners wake up . Chasing after this dream has a high cost.

yes you are right the H1Bs should move back to their home country and setup a new MediaTek/Spreadtrum/Huawei R&D center to compete with Qualcomm and cause even more layoffs
