Project Tiger is simply the cutting of all former xom staff. Be thankful if you are home grown.

And then there is project Sperry. Aimed to get rid of anyone wearing those nasty ass boat shoes. It will mainly be for millenials and old guys who haven't yet graduated to Velcro.

Project Tiger does not kick off until the results are in from project Zeta and project Raptor.

Investors don't want to hear about your idea to save millions by eliminating to $10k workstation (stand up desk, good touch ergo keyboard, evoluent mouse, Goldtouch monitor brackets, ergo chair, etc.) because that would broadcast all the wasteful spending. Not to mention the hour a day you spend on micropauses and stretch breaks, to go along with the cost and time spent on for breaks. No no no... The answer is layoffs! BCG said so.

I know of at least 3 colleagues who sent in cost-savings ideas to that Project Transform contact email. Never even got a response back. Makes you really question how serious they were about wanting help to identify cost leaks. Maybe the topics sent in were hitting too close to home (management fault)? Pathetic.

How about Project Fat Ass? That one seems to be ongoing.

They are all Project Layoff, but with different scopes. Alpha is targeting the centers- mainly PRC, ETC and ITC. RAE is CNAEP. Transform is SASBU. Tiger is Major Capital Project organizations.

For those of us who aren't aware of all these various parallel projects: what is project tiger? Matrix?
