Oxy spun off California resources and dumped their 6 Billion dollar debt onto this newborn. California resources has a lot of smart people but no one can save us at this point. Oil prices are bound to drop futher and other california operators like Chevron are also getting out of California. The best thing is if someone will buy CR but no company is going to take that much debt and have a footprint in CA. CR is doomed and people are already leaving, the management are a bunch of idiots. This is the perfect recipe for failure,this is company is doomeed...
