Reading between the lines, since QC is not ethical at communicating the real number, the number of people losing their job in "high cost location" could be at lot higher than 4,500. Especially considering CSR and other M&A plans.

From my understanding they are laying off from the USA and hiring in China.
It's head count. singlular. not head counts. ok?
Reports said 4500 reduction in full time positions, and significant reduction in temporary positions.
