Do we know if our severance package for this round will be similar to what we have seen in the past?

The company does not find you a job at all. All they do is help you with your resume and encourage you to network. Total waste of time and money if they are still using LHH.

In ETC we have five days to pack up and leave once we know we don't have a job. Then we get paid for six weeks while some company HR has selected helps us find a new job. Possibly in chevron. But you are no longer at chevron at this point. If we don't get a chevron job we are then paid two weeks pay for every year of service. Minimum pay is eight weeks. Maximum is 52 weeks.
