I have encountered great minds in QCT who resolved complex issues and made blockbuster products happen.I am wondering what would best Q Engineering minds would be thinking about these business issue?

It's non-thinker and non-ethical folks who corrupted and degraded QCT culture, now it operates as a sweatshop.
@126712: No, some of them are actually white guys. Deal with it.
Sounds like the conniving Indians.
126591: Former QCT says: Problem with QCT is not non-thinkers. It's project leads, directors, and managers, who think they are experts but aren't; who fail to provide direction and leadership; who fail to provide adequate coordination between groups/divisions on projects so the projects don't fall victim to QCOM's internal Balkanization; who fail to provide realistic schedules, then expect people to work 80 hrs. per week to meet deadlines; who fail to provide tools/personnel necessary for the job; who take credit when everything goes well, but who blame their reports when projects are late or for other shortcomings. Also, a lot of them are "patent whores." And I think we all know who these people are....
Lots of non thinkers in QCT.
We need to schedule a deep dive meeting to discuss these issues.
