Do we earn vacation during the WARN act period? If so and your vacation is near the max you may want to sell some vacation if you are at risk.

Benefits the same for 60 days after official notice. Work assignment may or may not change--depending on how much they trust you all not to sabotage the company. 8 )
its says accrue all benefits..so it should include vacation too..why not?
