For everyone telling people to shut up and quit complaining, you can all go to North Korea since you are so good at eating sh*t and smiling. Many get relief from it and feel like they have a voice in a company this large. Wouldn't it be better to vent this way rather than beating your dog, taking things out on your SO, running over squirrels, taking it out on a bottle of wine, flipping people off on the freeway, hunting down poor Cecil in Africa.......you get my drift. Point is, people could do a lot worse. If you don't like the merchandise, You don't have to shop here.

When following the proper channels is not an option or just results in you getting labeled you run to alternative means.

Why shut up? Let the venting take place. many groups read this blog and someone who can do something will put the pieces together and do something. This isn't some conspiracy nut site, these are actual employees (current, former, and soon to be former) who believe in this company, their peers, and themselves. Not saying anything is worse that crying the truth because it say the corruption is okay. Preach on brothers and sisters, preach on.

Clueless in San Ramon. Anonymous128289 was saying exactly that. Chevron is a company run like North Korea except that there are many well-fed dictators who survive ROM after ROM. This is a great forum to vent. Maybe some of the corruption will get through to the ethical managers, there may actually be some left.
