Relax, but be mindful of early to mid-september - and invasive this time. It has been pretty calm lately hasn't it?

The 30 year plus pdc and cement coordinators will stay. They have there sucking in the right pit

Gom. Has let go 8 are more cementers that had 30 years plus of bringing in revenue for big red. In the last 6 months.

Pay attention you younger employees that are still with big red

You will be used up. And replaced at a later date when you grow older.

GOM mid management is the old buddy system. Sad but true.

It's about time. Maybe Paul Underwood and Larry Kotulek will be terminated soon. Neither one of them are needed.

lots of talk in Houston about headcount reductions in Engineering, lab, and middle management (coordinators, PDC) in South/southeast (Fresno,Caldwell, Kilgore, whats left of Bossier, etc) Good luck to all! If you don't have a plan, its time to get one. More axes will fall!!
