HR at Baker Hughes is a joke. A supervisor Mike Dehart(INTEQ OKC) would yell, belittle everyone of his employees, and create a hostile work environment. He would threaten his employees with unemployment. Mike Dehart threatened to commit suicide on one occasion. One meeting his supervisor (Jason Turner) was there, when Mike started yelling and belittling people. Jason didn't care about the way Mike treated his employees and even didn't do anything about it. I witnesses many times when Mike Dehart would tell his employees to do something and it failed or something went wrong. Mike would then go to his supervisor Jason and blame everything on the employees. Mike would never take responsibility for any of his failures or mistakes. Many complained to HR, then HR would go tell the manager about which employees where complaining on him. HR wouldn't do anything but protect the manager at all cost.

Racism is not good but this diverse company built on values comes to question when a company like baker lays hundreds of employees off without paying there overtime that they are entitled to by law. Not just overtime, there are a lot of pay they were required to do but never did.

Baker Hughes agreed to pay $54,339,926.98 to settle all claims in the Lawsuit. Field Specialists employed by Baker Hughes were not paid overtime compensation to which they were entitled under the law. The Court will hold a Final Approval Hearing on August 4, 2015, before Magistrate Judge John Froeschner of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Now what values, they make you believe these values but the guys making the real money can care less about you and the values they preach.

What if the attitude of some HRs were suck when they handed out the separation packages. Is that suck attitude considered "built on values" on "Bakers' name" ?
