Thread regarding Qualcomm Inc. layoffs

It does not really matters what executives make, IF they run a successful AND ethical business

Here it does not seem to be the case

A great example is the time card. Many of us work way more than 8 hours and we are forced to enter only 8 hour. I Never heard of that before. How unethical is that.

The problem with Qualcomm is that there are no rules or laws. Racism and favoritism is at the peak than I ever observed in my life. Reviews are a joke. VP has a lot of say in everything and depending how fair he or she is, the fairness of the review will be different. It doesn't matter how hard you work rather depends on some baloney cooked up things.

If you think QCOM is bad, never work for the government. Or a government contractor. You're obviously too delicate for that sort of work.

It is the most unethical company I have ever seen. Never thought things would be as such until I have experienced personally

Qualcomm is the most unethical company I have seen (it is the opinion of many people who have worked in other companies). This reminds like a third world country set up than a developed world.
