The other day someone was on here claiming to be from HE and there were no forseen layoffs and now someone's receiving the warn act!!

Don't forget about being crammed into a meeting room like sardines to be given your final notice. Kept it classy and all!
They don't email it to you, you get it when you get your severance folder. You get an email saying you have a mandatory meeting -usually around 8:30 or 4:30 and they tell you that you are part of a reduction. You then meet with an HR Rep to sign stuff and they hand you a packet as you walk out the door. It will have the severance and WARN notice.
I think field will also be looked at for cuts.
Anyone believe field personnel would be affected??

But if the one your talking about is current did they get it in person or email and what date did it give?
Did they receive it through work or personal email?
