My group received no emails or letters to date. Was notified by TL who read off a printout sent to them. Said we would know within two weeks which would be 8/11.

RAE letter says we are notified of final decision "during week of Aug. 10".
DWEP recieved their notice of in scope on 7/27 or 7/28. Suppose to have a final decision on employment or termination on 8/10 or 8/11. This is what all the DWEP emails said. Though all of CNAEP received them at the same time but I guess not.

Perhaps MCBU and DWEP are on different RAE schedules so as not to demonstrate a massive CNAEP exodus in Houston. All the other BUs are far away (Covington, Bakersfield etc) ........ or perhaps it is because CNAEP management / HR / BUs don't quite have their acts together?

As has been posted previously, if you are in-scope for RAE you should assume you are being laid off. If you know someone influential you need to talk to them yesterday.
Anyone that did receive notice on 7/28, have you heard anything new? All I was told is I would know within two weeks which would be 8/11. Also was told 500-600 people are in scope.
Yes, the DWEP notices came out last week.
No, I haven't. I was told the notices will come out on Monday, August 10.
