The way things are going at this point, I see Chevron's stock price on Dec 31 between $68 and $71. WTI/Brent will be around $39/$43. The dividend reduced after the 3Q Earnings Report, Gorgon delayed into 1Q 2017, Wheatstone put on hold until gas prices go up, strong talk of another 7,000 jobs to be cut starting in Jan 2017, and rumors of Watson deciding to retire early.
