The concept is the same. The supplemental pension is just for salary above the IRS limit.

His pension is not like everyone else's. All PSG 26+ receive a second, supplemental pension in addition to the same pension everyone else gets.

It's in the annual report. His pension is the same as everyone else hires when he was...1.6% x years of service. Of course, his salary is much higher.
