With all due respect, we know that the company is hemmorrhaging money and cuts have to be made. We know that it is managements duty to constantly seek increased efficiency. We know we are in a cyclical business and most of us have been through this before and raise our hands and say "fair is fair". But while replacing experienced staff with what are essentially clams might work in the backwoods of Aburdeen or wherever, this will never work in Houston. Gooey Ducks do not even have basic keyboard skills and their social networking skills show no signs of developing. Stop this madness now!

With the skill level of the shop floor monkeys at woodside I'm not surprised we need more inspectors!!
Just had an interview for Inspector at BoD, still positions open! Not a bad rate either.
There are too many supervisors and too many leedmen. Need to cut some them out. Don't need them walking around doing nothingand they're all overpaid.

Actually, they are a very bad fit for AbErdeen. They prefer the warmer climate of the Pacific. I doubt they will last through Autumn.
And when it comes to their round they always say they've got nee pockets.
