Terrible managers got us here in the first place, and the terrible managers keep their jobs while we get outsourced and laid off. See how that works? There's no future for you, your only hope is to become a manager. Otherwise, you're screwed.
Moral is low at Navigation. There are a lot of bad apples that have managed to hang on. While a lot of the good folks are now gone

Can Halliburton be any better than Baker Hughes back 20 yr ago I like working nice bonus and good money now so ready to get my money owed to me and leave. Worst company by far and management sucks

Totally agree 132486 - it's unbelievable BS that is going on! Productivity and morale is in the toilet. Plus, still a lot of bad apples that have managed to hang on, while a lot of good folks gone! Will be interesting to see how HAL handles.

The execs went wild, making decisions based on what the vendors salespeople promised them, never listening to their own employees. We watched them make more bad decisions trying to fix the original bad decision. We also watched a lot of our peers jump on the bad decision train and ride it till it crashed. Funny how all this will work out in the end. The execs will take their money and leave, the train riders will be the ones left trying to explain what happened. I betting they get their tickets punched.
