Talent is a gift. A gift that requires you to have a common sense method, sufficient business transactions and superior relations in order to run the show. There is no need to weed out good talent from bad workmanship because the ratings are down and money is tight. This company is slowly sinking and I believe the shareholders are watching these threads.

Like it or not, this company is many peoples life line. I hope it turns around soon and layoffs stop. I wft can try to hire back many of the employees that were good and let go. And karma handles the bad ones who got to stay.

Not in baseball, but your kids do cry when they find out their mommy or daddy,isnt working and cant buy that littke toy of happy meal. They cry when they dont understand why you were gone away from home so much and now cant buy anything because you must spend minimal until you can find another job while others were left that were bad employees.

If they do read it, read this. Lay off some of your friends who are costing wft money and not making wft money. I've always heard don't mix business with pleasure. Wft has done it and now it's time to stop and save the company and not friends...seems like there is one worker for three managers and let's not start on salesman. That's the one they need to look at too. That's where they send managers who shops were shut down due to bad management but are friends so they keep them around and their high salaries
