I think we all understand the leadership behaviors here are beyond funky. It has gotten much worse and will continue to do so because fear has set in! If the board receives several hundred letters from Chevron employees it will open eyes that something is rotten in Houston/San Ramon. I am a 25 year Exxon guy that came to Chevron 3 years ago. The other majors are NOTHING like this place. You get fired or promoted on merit 90% of the time.....here it is 90% who you know and blow.
