I expect the UC PL staff in the GCC countries will be reduced due to Saudi - Kuwait "silent" crisis leaded to shut-down some plants in JO. Chevron stopped to issue any more chemical PO. Therefore, the expected income has been sharply trimmed which causing failure to achieve the estimated flashed numbers.

Upstream chemicals is one of the few bright spots from a P&L standpoint. You won't see very many (if at all) layoffs there. UC one of the reasons BHI was attractive to HAL.

Nothing on upstream yet, but on downstream waiting for Honeywell or someone else to make a move.
