Actually he already left Qa few weeks back and joined cyanogen. It's in his LinkedIn profile.

Good for him! I think this is pure coincidence since lots of people would like to work at small companies and especially start up since the work is much more satisfying and you can actually contribute to real success verse being link 1 in a 30,000 link chain.... IMHO
