From what I'm hearing here at corporate, NOV WEST GULF BANK will be having layoffs tomorrow Tuesday 8-11-2015. The number being thrown around is 20. Best of luck!

If they do lay off 20 people from the floor, it will cripple this plant. There is barely 20 floor workers now. That includes welders, assembly, test, and paint. Unless they are thinking QC or more office people. The rumor we are hearing is possible transfer to the 529 plant. But of course that is rumor.
What's with the urgency? The day is not over yet bigshot.

Everyday is a potential lay off. Beginning, middle, or end of month Duh!
These little details people bicker about on here are pointless. Just prepare for the worst and hope for the best. PERIOD!

Not true about the Monday's comment. I worked at WGB at one point, they did lay offs on a Wednesday when they did the first round.
Sorry!! Bammel did theirs Monday and Tuesday.
Well that's not true. Last round at WGB was on a Tuesday.
Nov only does layoffs on Mondays. Do you have a reputable source?
