Today my wife got a letter from qualcomm HR, duly signed by some Pu.. Jo.. inviting me and my wife for EAP programme!!!
WTF, we are already stressed out due to impending layoff's, family life is strained coz we come home only to open our laptop and have more meetings
and if this was not enough Qipl hr is sending these useless letter to home so that your wife starts worrying too, who does that?
and then they wonder where to cut the costs?what could have been achieved by a simple email with no cost is getting accomplished by spending
thousands of dollars in sending letters to employees via courier.
