That's what happens when you have an incompetent, greedy, good-ole-boy, rectangular management structure who are in turn managed by a group at severely retarded, excessive, decadent directors, senior directors, EVPs, Sr. Vps, VPs, and retarded CEOs, CFOs and the like who all forgot thier helmets at home. These empires wear no clothes. They have no ideas on how technology, and the market work. Cut two thirds of these chumps for a pyramidal business model, Dave more than thre quarters of the overhead. These people are sobbing drink with money and decadence. Exactly how not to run a company. The market just past them by while they were feasting.
