Number 55 here! Within the HES side of things I was a bit sideways on the whole REA process. They say you were proficient with 2's on both years and performance was not the issue? So explaining why I was in the in-scope again! Don't let them sugar coat you on all the BS, your supervisor had a pretty good hand on the selection, so a little word of advice if you made the cut.... kiss that ass and give a reach around every once in while cause it will keep you employed with good ol Chevron.
I am one of the 56. I would have preferred to remain employed but I think SJV was fair to the point of being generous with the entirety of the separation package. I can leave with no ill feelings towards Chevron and move on to my next adventure.
