It's massive and it's pretty sad. I know people who worked here for decades, they gave everything they had to the company and now they are gone. Talking about loyalty and respect. We'll see what happens when all this talent leaves, when we lose all knowledge and people who made this company great and very successful.

I worked for Kraft in Glenview for 21 years. I got laid off in the last go around. Companies don't care. Good luck to all.
3G don't care about the quality of the products or the employees. All they want to do is cut, cut, cut until nothing really remains. In hindsight, losing your job early is not a bad thing. Pity the poor people who now have to keep going and end up working 100 hours a week to make greedy Brazilians even richer. Bernardo Hees is the biggest liar of the lot. A total snake and a genuinely unpleasant man underneath his stupid grin and comical stutter.
