Anyone heard anything lately about whether or not the beach street site closing?

Rumor has it that Beach St will be closed by October. Santander USA will be moving in.
Haven't heard anything but if you have noticed in the "fishbowl" area most of the monitors are gone and only thing that's there are the phones and i'm sure those will be taken out to. It's only a matter of time that the Beach St. location will soon close. Then also the Cafe isn't getting much business either.
