I would have preferred to remain employed but I think SJV was fair to the point of being generous with the entirety of the separation package. I can leave with no ill feelings towards Chevron and move on to my next adventure.

Best Wishes .... I admire your attitude, Life is 10 % what is thrown at you and 90 % how you decide to deal with it. This is my 5th crude price drop. My friends who were let go in previous events all wound up with good jobs or took the opportunity to change lifestyles for the better. It is never fun being made redundant, however if you approach it with the attitude that the world is full of friends I have yet to meet, it is a lot more successful than the attitude that those bAs*ds owe me.
