Good lord that was a garbled mess. Sorry about that. Bottom line is there will be significant cuts in phase 4 project headcount.

It's a reorg of MCP organizations, mostly Phase 4 because their orgs are huge. So far the reorganization a have only applied to service an opcos. So, for example, Gorgon's org chart has been benchmarked and there will be reductions. Same for Wheatstone, Mafumeira Sul, Moho Nord even though it's NOJV, DWEP NOJV, etc.
Also need to revisit the split of Business Manager into SCM, AIR and CEPS. All it did was create more mangers when you could have 1 and the same teams which are already in place.
Yeah what's project tiger? Layoff the designers? Postpone the execution phase?

Project Tiger is going to surprise a lot of people who think they are safe on Phase 4 projects.
Then we have the recent RAE, project transform, project matrix, project TS...

Because nobody cares but us. If we were union, maybe there would have been a government bailout.
1500 is the number that was reported in the media. Frankly, that is miniscule considering the enormous mess that Chevron has created for itself.
