HAL is right about the nepotism and little empires at BHI. The truly good people will survive but they are few and far between.

Don't you think reapply is the best way to go given all the B/S that has gone on within BHI and the favoritism that has taken place?

HAL thinks that every one of their employees is smarter and better than BHI employees. It is not always true but they believe it anyway.

All the observers know that HAL will face many difficulties after merger. Who was saying that they would need every body to reapply he just dreaming. They will find plenty of people against less positions as well as less amount of projects under the low oil prices. They will start cutting more & more until new organization becomes Agile & Proportionate to the new hard situation. Wake up pls...

Halliburton will want everybody to reapply so it can pick who they want to stay. They know that Baker has filled positions with people that are not qualified for those positions. Some positions were filled simply because of favoritism.
